Terms of service

These terms cover your use of ShowFirst — the dashboard, the sites you build with it, and the price tools and lead-gen features that come with it. By signing in and using ShowFirst, you agree to them.

Early access

ShowFirst is in early access. Features, pricing, and credit amounts can change as we keep building. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end early access at any time, and we'll try to give you notice first.

Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your Google sign-in secure and not sharing access with people who shouldn't have it. Some periods of early access are invite-only, and you must be an allowed email to sign up during those periods.

Your content

You own the content of the sites you create — your business information, copy, images, and settings. We host it and generate parts of it for you at your direction, but it's yours. Leads collected through your site's price tools and forms also belong to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use ShowFirst to build sites or collect leads for anything illegal, deceptive, or abusive. Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, and don't use it to impersonate a business you don't own or represent.

Credits

Site credits and lead credits are a measure of usage in the product — they are not money, have no cash value, and aren't refundable, transferable, or redeemable for anything outside the product.

Ending the service

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms. You can stop using ShowFirst at any time; your sites may come down if your account is closed, so keep a copy of anything you want to save.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as ShowFirst changes during early access. We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever we do, and continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

ShowFirst is operated by Feedback Footprint LLC, 8734 54th Ave E, Bradenton, FL 34211, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts of Florida.
