Campaigns: search many locations at once
What this page covers
The Campaigns page runs one keyword across many locations as a single bulk search. You pick a country and then whole states or regions, or single cities inside them. The results from every location go into one table.
Where to find it
Click Campaigns in the left menu of your dashboard. The line under the page title shows your balance as "N lead credits available".
Step 1: Set up the bulk search
- Keyword: the kind of business you want.
- Search name (optional): a name for the list of recent bulk searches.
- Under Search locations, pick a country from the list.
- Tick locations in the tree. The top row selects every location in the country. A state row selects every city in it. Click the arrow on a state row to see its cities and tick them one by one. Each row shows its number of locations.
- To find a place by name, type in the search box next to the country list.
- Each selected state appears as a chip above the tree. Click the × on a chip to remove it.
- Leads per location: 100, 300, 500, or 700. 100 is marked as recommended. A choice larger than your balance shows "not enough credits" and cannot be picked.
- Max leads: optional. The search stops once it finds this many unique leads. Leave it blank for no limit.
Step 2: Read the plan
The panel on the right updates as you change the form. It shows:
- Scope: how many locations you selected.
- Leads per location
- Total planned depth: locations × leads per location, or your max leads if that is lower.
- Estimated total leads and Estimated cost: a range, shown in credits.
- Estimated run time
- Max leads
- Current balance
Nothing is charged while you set up the plan.
Step 3: Start it
Click Start bulk search. The button stays disabled until you have a keyword, at least one location, and enough lead credits. When the balance is too low, the panel reads "Add credits or choose a lower depth to start."
Starting holds lead credits equal to the total planned depth. See Lead credits for how the hold is settled.
Step 4: While it runs
The progress card shows the bulk search name, a status word, a bar, the number of locations complete, and the number of unique leads found.
Keep this page open while it runs. A bulk search moves forward while the page is checking on it. Opening the Campaigns page again also checks every unfinished bulk search in your recent list.
Results appear in a table below the card as each location finishes. The table, filters, exports, and lead detail view work as described in Results, filters, and exports. The export formats include Batch CSV (Batch builds), which feeds Batch builds.
Status words
The status pill shows the word the search service reports. These are the words the page acts on:
| Status | What the page does |
|---|---|
| draft, queued, ready, running | Keeps checking. Pause shows for queued, ready, and running. |
| paused | Shows Resume and the note "The location already running finishes first; no new location starts until you click Resume." |
| needs_attention | Shows Resume and the note "Paused — not enough lead credits. Add credits, then Resume." |
| completed, stopped, failed | The search has ended. The lead-credit hold is settled. |
Pause, Resume, and Stop
- Pause: no new location starts. The location already running finishes.
- Resume: continues a paused search.
- Stop: shown until the search is completed, stopped, or failed. It asks "Stop this bulk search? This can't be undone."
Recent bulk searches
The Recent bulk searches list under the form shows each bulk search you started: its name or keyword, the number of locations, leads per location, its status, and how many leads it found. Click one to open its progress card and results.
To set up another one, click New bulk search on the results card.
