Results, filters, and exports
Where to find it
The results table appears when a search on Prospects finishes, and under the progress card of a bulk search on Campaigns. Both pages use the same table, filters, exports, and lead detail view. A bulk search adds rows as each location finishes.

Filters
Click Filters. Under "Show businesses with", tick any of:
- No Website: rows with no website.
- Has Email: rows with at least one email address.
- Mobile Number: rows with a mobile number.
- Has site issues: rows where the website check found at least one issue.
Ticked filters combine. A row must match all of them. The button shows how many filters are on. Clear filters turns them all off.
Exports
Click Export and pick a format. The file downloads as a CSV.
- Simple CSV
- Advanced CSV: includes the full crawled website content.
- GoHighLevel CSV
- Instantly CSV
- Batch CSV (Batch builds): a file you can upload on the Batch builds page to build mini-sites. See Batch builds.
The No Website, Has Email, and Mobile Number filters also apply to the export. The Has site issues filter applies to the table only.
Build sites from selected rows
- Tick the checkbox on each row you want. The checkbox in the header selects every row shown.
- A bar shows "N selected". Click Build sites for selected.
- The new batch page opens with your rows already loaded. Set the industry and template, then continue. See Batch builds.
Each row carries over its business name, phone, email, address, and logo URL. Click Clear on the bar to untick every row. Nothing is charged until you start the batch.
The lead detail view
Click a row to open one business on its own. Opening it uses data already loaded with the table and costs nothing.
The top shows the business name, the category, and Website ↗ and Google Maps ↗ buttons when those links exist. The sections below open and close:
- Business Details: Owner, Email, Phone, Website, Address, Rating, Maps Ranking, Claimed, Primary Category, Secondary Categories, Hours, Review Snippet, GBP URL, Logo URL, Google CID.
- Contact: all emails, all phones with line type and carrier, and social links.
- Website Report: shown only when the website was checked. SSL Certificate, Mobile-Ready, Local Business Schema, Title & Meta Description, H1 Heading, Website Builder, Copyright Year, Pages Checked, and a list of issues.
- Additional Data: extra fields such as Search Rank, Found On, Searched Location, Google Place ID, Coordinates, and Website Technology.
Moving around
- The ← and → buttons, or the left and right arrow keys, move to the previous or next row.
- ← Return to list, ✕ Esc close, or the Escape key closes the view.
